A. You may bring your own lock or purchase a storage disc lock from us the day you move in.
Q. How long can I store for?
A. Our minimum charge is one month. After that, your rental period is month to month, for as long or as short a time your need.
Q. Are the contents of my storage space insured?
A. Though Storage City does not provide insurance for the items in your unit, some homeowners & renters insurance cover stored possessions, check with your insurance provider. Ask about other insurance options.
Q. Does Storage City require a deposit?
A. No Deposit.
Q. Is there a minimum lease term requirement?
A. Leases are on a month to month basis, with no long term commitment required.
Q. When can I access my storage unit
A. You may enter your storage unit 7-days per week including holidays from 5:30am-9:30pm. Just let us know and extended hours can be arranged.
Q. Who else has access to my storage unit?
A. Once you are assigned a unit, you store it, you lock it, and you keep the key. In addition, you may also choose a personal code to grant access to our electronic gate system. Therefore, only those whom you wish to have access to your unit.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes, we accept Visa, Master, & Discover Cards, as well as cash & checks.
Q. Is self storage expensive?
A. No, self storage --- as compared to other forms of rental space --- is relatively inexpensive. We have many different sizes, ranging from a small "walk-in closet size" to an "oversized garage size". Storage space price is determined by the unit size. Remember, a small efficiently packed unit will be much more economical then a poorly-arranged larger storage space. |
